Why am I writing this e-book and why should you buy it from me?
I've lived in Florida my entire life, so I've got lots of personal experience at the beach. In 1995 I started writing my first book about Florida Beaches, which I finally published in 2005. Since 2005 I've been exploring and writing about beaches almost full-time during most of each year. (Yes, that's me in the photo above, standing on the boardwalk at Canaveral National Seashore, Apollo Beach).
In 2007, VisitFlorida hired me as a contract writer to travel around the state and write about beaches. I traveled to the panhandle beaches, the Atlantic coast beaches, the Florida Keys, the Dry Tortugas, and to many of the Gulf beaches that I was already well aquainted with. I wrote for VisitFlorida for two years. Below is a screen shot of my page on the VisitFlorida web site. Here's a link to the page: http://www.visitflorida.com/experts/beach_and_surf
While working for VisitFlorida, I maintained a Questions and Answers page about Florida beaches. As you can imagine, I fielded every imaginable question. Between that and my own personal experiences over the years, I've got a pretty good feel for what you need to know to make an informed decision about which beach is right for you.
This is the Guide You Need!
If you're trying to decide on the right beach in central Florida--a beach within an hour or two of Orlando--this is the book for you.
And, best of all, I've priced it to be affordable to any budget. It's only $9.97.
The price certainly does not reflect the value you get or the time, mileage, money and effort I've put into it over the last 6 months to give you the most up-to-date guide available. Before publication I personally re-visited each beach in the book and verified all the details and took all the photos that appear in the book.
Think of all the time you'll save by having all this information in one place, from a source you can trust. You can stop trying to cobble together bits and pieces of information from all over the internet using sources you aren't sure about.
But just in case you're not totally convinced that it will help you, I have a money-back guarantee:
If you aren't happy with the book for any reason within 60 days of purchase, just let me know and I'll refund your money. That's right. Just send me an email and tell me it wasn't for you and you'll get all of your money back.
So go ahead and order with confidence.
You'll be amazed at how many choices in beaches there are within an hour or two of Orlando, and after having a look at this book, you'll find it much easier to make the right choice for you and your family. Gulf vs Atlantic? Daytona vs. New Smyrna vs. Cocoa Beach? Clearwater vs. St. Pete Beach? This e-book will help you decide.
Important: This book is only available as an e-book, not as a printed book. The advantage of an e-book is that you can download it and read it immediately after ordering. Also, I can easily update it as things change and new information becomes available, so the latest information is available when you order. That's impossible with printed books. Another advantage is that I can include lots of color photographs in the ebook. This is cost prohibitive in printed books.
The book is in pdf file format, so you'll need a free reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. You probably already have it. If not, you certainly should.
You'll be happy to know that although this book is protected by copyright laws, there is no password needed, no copy protection or product registration or any of that nonsense. Just download it and read. Simple.
The book file is about 8 megabytes and is slightly over 100 pages of text and photos.
Note: I use PayPal to handle the transaction. You can pay with your PayPal account if you have one, or you can pay with a debit or credit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to buy the book. Since all the processing is done on a secure PayPal web site, I never have access to your debit or credit card number or even your address.
